- Metronidazole
- Chloramphenicol
- Aminoglycosides
- Tetracyclines
- Aminoglycosides - Can cause foetal ear damage (Ototoxicity).
- Tetracyclines – Can carry risk of pancreatitis, acute yellow atrophy of liver and kidney damage in mother and teeth and bone deformities in the offspring.
