5. Arsenic : 02-03 Grains
6. D.D.T (Dichloro Diphenyl-Trichloroethane) : 10 grams
7. Lead Compound : 20-40 grams
8. Salicylic acid : 05-10 grams
9.Diazinon : 01 Gram taken orally
10. CUSO4 : 15 Grams
11. Phenobarbitone: 03 – 04 grams
12. Dhatura : 100-125 crushed seeds
             10-15 grams of powder
     0.6- 01 grains of extract
  Stupefying dose: Half of the lethal dose
13. Yellow Oleander : 8 -10 crushed seeds
14. Nux Vomica : 1 crushed seed
15. Opium (Afim)/ Papaver Somniferum:
02 Grains of extract
                       04 Grains of Crude opium
                        02 Drachms of Tincture
16. Canabis Indica :
 a) Charas: 02 grams/kg of body weight
              b) Ganja: 08 grams/kg of body weight
             C) Bhang: 10 grams/kg of body weight
17. HCl: 15-20 cc

Differential Count of WBC

WBC- Monocyte

Just Identify the slide. In differential count of WBC you have to identify the WBCs ( Neutrophill, eosinophil, Monocyte, Lymphocyte & basophil. The most common cell is neutrophil

  • Multilobed nucleus
WBC- Monocyte

Identifying Points of Monocyte:

  • The nucleus is kidney shaped
WBC-Lymphocyte
Lymphocyte

Identifying Points of Lymphocyte:

  • The nucleus is round & large
  • Cytoplasm is less
WBC- Eosinophil
Eosinophil

Identifying Points of Eosinophil:

  • Bilobed (2) nucleus
WBC- Basophil
Basophil

Identifying points of Basophil:

  • No cytoplasm , (basophil is less important, usually absent)
